The new Boul Roșu complex will bring together modern hospitality and the business environment within a contemporary urban concept, featuring an elegant hotel, premium office spaces, and serviced apartments in an aparthotel format. Designed to meet the needs of both tourists and professionals, as well as long-term residents, the project combines comfort, functionality, and modern design in a space that aims to become a new landmark of urban development in Arad.

Brand construction

Boul Roșu Residence is built around a strong and modern visual identity, inspired by the symbolism of the historic Boul Roșu area in Arad. The logo, defined by the stylized silhouette of the red bull, conveys elegance, strength, and stability, while the red-and-white color palette gives the brand a premium and easily recognizable character. The entire visual identity, from corporate materials to hospitality elements, was designed to reflect the project’s modern standards and its positioning within the hotel, business, and aparthotel sectors.
